Test Plant for Catalyst Poisoning
Tubular reactor D= 35 x 300 mm, 60 bar, 450 °C, heated in a hot air bath up to 450 °C, with 2 gas feeds, nitrogen from a low pressure supply with compressor up to 60 bar, cooling in a coil placed in a water bath, pressure control with a back pressure regulator. Automated with Siemens S7, PC-operator station Simatic WinCC and recipe control.
Three-Parallel- Reactor Plant
3 parallel tubular reactors made of stainless steel to 6 bar or quartz glass to 0.5 bar (interchangeable) heated inside vertical split furnace, all into convection oven, temperature up to 648 °C, 10 x gas feed and one liquid feed and evaporator unit for each reactor.
Automated with Siemens S7, PC-operator station Simatic WinCC and recipe control.
Plant for high melting point liquids
Tubular Reactor in a hot-air-box, pressure plant max. 160 bar, reactor max. 200 bar at 350 °C, max. temperature furnace 1000 °C, hot-box 148 °C, gas feeds, liquid feed, preheater, separator. Controlled with Simatic PLC S7 and operator PC with Simatic WinCC and recipe control.
2-Reactor plant with 2 Aluminum Split Furnaces
2 tubular reactors (100 bar, 300 °C ) in aluminum split type furnace, installed in a hot box. The aluminum split furnaces have a very even temperature distribution with a temperature difference < 1.5 °C. Each furnace has 4 heating cartridges and 6 block temperature measurements. The reactor has 3 inside temperature measurements.
