Material Expertise: Processing of high-grade stainless steels (e.g., 1.4571 / 316Ti), special alloys (Hastelloy), specialized coatings (tantalum-coated materials, ceramics) as well as borosilicate glass and quartz glass.

Operating Parameters: Systems designed for high-pressure applications (from vacuum up to 200 bar) and high-temperature environments (ranging from -80 °C to +1000 °C).

Automation & I&C Technology: Modular control systems based on global industrial standards (e.g., Siemens Simatic S7 / TIA Portal). Integrated interfaces for seamless batch and process data logging.

Codes & Compliance: Design and manufacturing in strict accordance with the PED (Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU), CE conformity, ATEX (explosion protection for Zones 1 and 2), and compliance with SIL safety requirements.
