This Hastelloy plant was specially developed for demanding applications in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Hastelloy is a nickel-based alloy with a particularly high resistance to a wide range of aggressive chemicals. By using interchangeable Hastelloy pressure reactors with capacities of 1, 2 and 4 liters, this system can be used for a variety of different processes with different production volumes. This flexibility is further enhanced by the option of different stirrer types, a magnetic coupling and a stainless steel pressure filter.
The extensive sensor technology in combination with our high-quality automation enables the precise dosing and safe handling of liquids, suspensions and gases during the process. The entire system is fully automated and is controlled by modern Siemens S7 and Simatic WinCC control systems. This allows the processes in our Hastelloy plant to be carried out reproducibly, safely and reliably, even with several days of testing.
