This system, prepared for the installation of a membrane reactor by the customer, is the ideal solution for individual requirements in research and production environments. This system enables the installation of reactors with a diameter of up to 50 mm and a height of 300 mm. It offers a pressure range from -1 to 63 bar and a temperature range of up to 900 °C. With 3 liquid feeds, 6 gas feeds and 2 exhaust gas lines equipped with phase separators, this system is extremely flexible and can be adapted to a wide range of requirements. Full automation is provided by a Siemens S7 control system, Simatic WinCC and a recipe control system.
