The basic configuration of our electrosynthesis test stand offers the flexibility of parallel or series connection of up to 3 cells or stacks with the possibility of regulating voltage and current in the range of 0 – 12 VDC and delivering a maximum current of 66.7 A. Other configurations are available on request.

Each cell can be controlled independently and you have the option to circulate the electrolyte as required. The system also includes a fully automatic cleaning and rinsing process for the cells. Furthermore, you can expand the system with additional process stages, such as our integrated filter dryer or the distillation column.

The cell housings, feed and product containers are equipped with oil thermostats for precise temperature control and the entire system is controlled by an industrial control system.
