This metal-free recycling plant is suitable for the recovery of solids containing extremely aggressive inorganic acids. The plant is designed to operate safely and efficiently in demanding environments. With a maximum pressure in the main reactor of 7 bar at 180 °C, the plant consists of seven main apparatuses, ten pumps, numerous heat exchangers, valves and other components. The material combinations, including glass, PFA, PVDF, steel enamel and graphite, ensure maximum resistance to aggressive chemicals. Full automation through Siemens S7, Simatic WinCC and recipe control enables precise and reliable processing.
